Lauren is a practicing attorney and a former federal prosecutor. She built a seven-figure book of business in private practice, guiding prestigious clients including the New York Governor’s Office, Fortune 500 companies, and C-suite executives, through high-stakes workplace disputes, investigations, and litigation. Lauren achieved noteworthy outcomes for her clients including precedent-setting rulings at trial and on appeal.

Lauren lives in the New York City Metropolitan area. When she is not coaching or practicing law, Lauren enjoys nature, music, and spending time with her two children.
