Lauren Paxton is an Executive Coach and Consultant, working primarily with law firms and lawyers.

As a former Chambers & Partners-ranked Law Firm Partner, Lauren built a substantial book of business guiding prestigious clients, including the New York Governor’s Office, Fortune 500 companies, and C-suite executives, through high-stakes workplace disputes, investigations, and litigation. Her work led to precedent-setting rulings at trial and on appeal, achieving significant outcomes for her clients.

Lauren is also a former federal prosecutor, the former head of an employment practice, former bar association section chair, and a peer mastermind group facilitator. As a frequent speaker and media contributor quoted in publications like Forbes, Newsweek, and CFO Magazine, Lauren brings a unique perspective to the challenges faced by lawyers and legal organizations, both within the workplace and beyond.

With coaching education from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Certification by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a mindfulness practice grounded in meditation, Lauren brings a blend of intellectual rigor and emotional intelligence to her coaching. She is deeply committed to helping high-achieving legal professionals navigate pivotal moments of growth, transition, and strategic decision-making.

Based in the New York City Metropolitan area, when Lauren is not coaching, she enjoys nature, music, and spending time with her two children.
