About Lauren
Lauren Paxton is an advisor and coach for legal professionals and executives.
As a practicing attorney and former federal prosecutor, Lauren built a seven-figure book of business by guiding prestigious clients, including the New York Governor’s Office, Fortune 500 companies, and C-suite executives, through high-stakes workplace disputes, investigations, and litigation. Her work has led to precedent-setting rulings at trial and on appeal, achieving significant outcomes for her clients.
Lauren is the former head of a Chambers & Partners-ranked employment practice and has served as a bar association section chair and peer mastermind group facilitator. As a thought leader quoted in publications like Forbes, Newsweek, and CFO Magazine, she brings a unique perspective to the challenges faced by lawyers and legal organizations, both within the workplace and beyond.
With specialized training from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and a mindfulness practice grounded in Transcendental Meditation, Lauren brings a blend of intellectual rigor and emotional intelligence to her coaching. Based in the New York City Metropolitan area, when Lauren is not coaching, she enjoys nature, music, and spending time with her two children.
