Paxton Consulting brings together small, carefully curated groups of lawyers for structured coaching and peer exchange, guided by our team of ICF-certified coaches who are also accomplished lawyers in their own right.
Throughout their careers, lawyers often find themselves either in an echo chamber or stretched too thin for meaningful peer connection. The mastermind structure is designed to offer something different: a space for fresh thinking, celebrating wins, and mutual accountability among high-achieving professionals who truly understand the terrain they are navigating.
Our Mastermind Program was built for lawyers, by lawyers. Each session centers on one topical theme, tailored to the focus of the group (Business Development, Leadership, Career Management & Retirement). Sessions provide targeted content, reflection prompts, and guided discussion grounded in neuroscience-backed coaching methodologies. Our goal is for participants to leave each meeting with greater clarity and actionable takeaways.
This is not a traditional networking event or CLE. It is a forum for thought partnership among lawyers committed to authentic and sustainable personal and professional growth.
