“Office Hours”
Personalized On-Site Coaching for Lawyers
With Lauren Paxton | Coach & Consultant
Former Law Firm Partner | Former Federal Prosecutor
Making high-value coaching more accessible to lawyers, on site, during the workday.
"Office Hours" offers law firms and legal organizations an opportunity to bring personalized coaching directly to their teams in a convenient, on-site format. This tailored coaching service brings a seasoned advisor to your firm for a full day of one-on-one, individualized sessions with attorneys. Each session, typically 30-45 minutes, is designed to deliver actionable insights, clear strategies, and practical support aligned with each lawyer’s unique practice, work style, and career objectives.
Firms and legal organizations can customize the experience by selecting a specific focus for the coaching, such as Business Development, Leadership & Workplace Dynamics, or Stress Management, or leaving the choice of topic open to individual lawyers based on their immediate needs.
The Value of Office Hours
Lawyers are constantly balancing demanding workloads, billable targets, and internal expectations, which can make business development, leadership, and stress management feel overwhelming or unclear. Office Hours provides an efficient, empathetic solution that integrates seamlessly into a lawyer’s busy day.
Led by a coach with firsthand experience of law firm life, who built a successful seven-figure practice, represented high-profile clients, and has spent over a decade facilitating peer support for lawyers, Office Hours offers grounded, actionable guidance, not generic advice. Participants receive focused attention from someone who understands the unique challenges lawyers face.
During Office Hours, lawyers will:
Clarify their goals and refine their career or practice strategies.
Prioritize their time effectively, creating actionable, manageable steps.
Explore personalized strategies that align with their unique working style and personality.
Uncover blind spots and opportunities for growth they may have overlooked.
Build confidence and improve their leadership presence, communication, and influence.
Align their daily actions with both long-term aspirations and practical time constraints.
